La crescita di Instagram è qualcosa di cui sentiamo parlare da tempo. Oltre un miliardo di utenti consumano un social network “positivo” e con un modello di pubblicità “non interruttiva”.
A marzo 2019 Instagram apre all’eCommerce, sfidando frontalmente Amazon ma – nel mio modo di vedere – tutti gli operatori del commercio online.
L’utente vede l’immagine. Clicca per andare al dettaglio del prodotto. Fa il checkout, senza uscire dal contesto dell’APP.
Sono convinto del fatto che:
- le gioiellerie, che oggi affrontano Instagram in modo destrutturato, saranno “costrette” ad affrontarlo in modo “strutturato” perché è l’eCommerce che te lo chiede. Dovranno lavorare sul proprio catalogo digitale. Foto e scatti dovranno prevedere una componente organizzata. Le immagini ambientate sono quelle che aiutano a conquistare l’interesse ma per l’acquisto servono immagini didascaliche, algide, di dimensioni appropriate e dettagliate nei particolari.
- i produttori ed i brand, dal momento che le gioiellerie faranno fatica ad affrontare il punto precedente, dovranno attrezzarsi a svolgere il ruolo di “facilitatore” di questo passaggio. Chi lo farà meglio, coglierà una opportunità importante. Chi non lo farà sarà fuori dai giochi. I produttori hanno interesse primario nel fornire dei tool marketing che aiutino i loro partner a cogliere opportunità.
